6. User Content
   • By submitting any content (such as posts, comments, or feedback) to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
   • You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post any content that
     violates the rights of others or any applicable laws.

   If the Services include paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the pricing
   structure of the platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve

    • The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.
    • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not
      responsible for any delays, errors, or omissions
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any
    disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding
    arbitration in Toronto, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Miscellaneous
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DataFix regarding your use of the Services.
    • Waiver and Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining
      provisions will remain in full force and effect
